Gary's Tips

• Try and be prepared! Buy Extra Batteries, an Extra Atomizer or two and plenty of your Favorite Liquid.  You never know when a Battery or Atomizer will fail, or in my case.. I lose them!
  

•  I store my Extra Liquid in the refrigerator.

• Try different Flavors? My Favorite is Arctic Mint. Just a few drops and it gives a wonderful, clean taste. You can also try Watermelon, Vanilla, Cherry, Banana, Cigar and many other flavors available. Tell me what you would like, and we will get it for you!

• If possible, use an eye dropper to fill your Cartridges. Fill with Liquid until the wool inside the Cartridge is fully saturated but not "bulging over the top" or it may leak into your battery, causing it to FAIL.   

• Occasionally "tease" the wool in your Cartridges, pulling the Wool apart and loosening it up, pulling the teased wool to the top of your Cartridge.

• You may change only the Wool also. Purchase virgin, un-dyed wool from a Fabric or Craft Store and insert like the original. We sell empty cartridges, (5) to a Pack (we sell them very cheap too).

• A #20 syringe will allow you to Fill Cartridges from the Bottom Up, and works very well for filling Cartridges for future use. When you do "pre-fill", put a cap on the cartridge.
  
• Alternate to above: The eye dropper bottles we sell work well... and then I don't need to see a needle!
• Though we do see a defective part now and again, it is rare. Most of the time, it is caused by Operator Error (the one smoking it), and was because they did not read and follow the directions for set-up and maintenance completely.
• The #1 cause of unit failure is drowning the unit by leaving it standing upright, instead of on it's side.
  
• The #2 cause of unit failure is the Operator sitting on it, while it is in a back pocket.
  
• The #3 cause of unit failure is dropping it on a cement floor. Repeatedly. If this persists, we will want to replace the Operator.
  

• Never stand your E-Cigarette on end with Cartridge pointed up, as over time it will leak small amounts of  E-Liquid into your battery and will unexpectedly misbehave or worse yet, stop working.
• Always hold or set your BestEciggy slightly downward so Liquid can't leak into mouth piece.

• Always keep your batteries fully charged.  When a Battery is in need of recharging, do so immediately upon removal of your Atomizer and before you replace it with a fully charged Battery.
• Allow your Battery to "run down" completely before recharging. They have a memory. When you recharge it ASAP, it fully recharges to its original level. Keep a second battery handy and fully charged.
  

• Keep a charger at home and one in your car too. We sell both USB & Vehicle Chargers!
• Nicotine Safety Heads-Up: Nicotine is a powerful, addictive chemical, and in some concentrations a poison. KEEP AWAY FROM PETS AND CHILDREN, Think of your E-Liquid as a house-hold chemical that can be a safety threat to children and pets. Store it up high, and don't leave it unattended. Clean up all spills immediately. Wash your hands after handling. Do not ingest it. If you get some E-liquid in your mouth, simply rinse and spit out. IF you get E-Liquid in your eyes Flush with Water.
