At BestEciggy.com, shipping within the United States is included FREE with any sale over $60.00! Shipping on any order under $60 is just $7.00 anywhere within the United States.
For our friends making purchases outside the U.S., International shipping rates are estimated at $12.00 USD. Please feel free to email us for a quote! Gary@BestEciggy.com
BestEciggy ships all orders within 24 hours after placement, Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 12:00pm Friday will be in the mail Monday.
We ship Monday through Friday from the western United States via the U.S. Postal Service Priority Service. You should receive your order within 2 to 3 business days within the United States. Most international orders are received within 7-10 business days.
Free Local Pick-up may be chosen during check out if you live within the Hayden and Coeur d'Alene Idaho area!

Returns/Warranty:
Please inspect your BestEciggy product upon arrival, and follow directions properly as to set-up, use, and maintenance. For new Electronic Cigarette users we recommend watching our videos on helpful hints on maintaining and general use of our products.
We warranty all batteries and atomizers for 30 days from the date of invoice. Due to safety regulations we are unable to return or exchange any personal electronic devices and/or E-liquids. If you have a problem with a product please feel free to email us, and we will do our best to troubleshoot your problem with you. We want our customers to be happy with our product and our customer service.
